| Came in from the Gym…
Man, such a treacherous workout my little cousin put me through. We went from lat pulls, to all of the row workouts, to incline and decline presses, WHOOOO lol.. I’m ready for more, like for real. Then after that, we did a solid 15 minute fast paced ride on the cycle for cardio, then shot around on the court. I’m beat now.. Just ate, now I’m watching tv… Chilly
